Terms of service — Churned

By installing the app a merchant authorises Churned to read the store's customers, orders, fulfilments and products and to keep a copy of them in the merchant's Churned workspace. The app writes nothing to the store. Using the workspace requires a Churned account under the merchant's agreement with Churned B.V.; the app itself is free and creates no charges in Shopify.

Uninstalling the app ends the data flow at once; the copy is erased as described in the privacy policy. How Churned handles that data as the merchant's processor is set out in the data processing agreement, which forms part of these terms. Churned is not the merchant of record for the merchant's customers. Support: support@churned.io.
